This email transmits the adopted version of Director's Rule 16-2018 which clarifies requirements for graywater holding tanks and pumpouts when a floating on water residence or house barge expands by more than 120 square feet. Recipients are blind copied here to avoid oversharing of email addresses.

Please note that the draft version of this rule was published under a different number (29-2017) but the Rules Coordinator has updated the file to reflect the time delay in making the rule final.

We have attempted to include everyone in this email who got the original notice of the draft rule, as well as those who commented or otherwise contributed to the final rule. My apologies to those of you who are not directly interested.

This rule took effect when signed by the Director of SDCI, yesterday May 3, 2018.

Thank you again.
